TantaComm's Protect Product Suite Helps BPOs Become PCI-DSS Compliant

TantaComm (News - Alert) recently introduced the TantaComm Protect suite of solutions, which enable business process outsourcers (BPO) to address 12 PCI (News - Alert)-DSS requirements, while ensuring the security of recorded interactions.

The TantaComm Protect effectively builds on the company’s current PCI compliance enablement product.

TantaComm is a major provider of compliance recording and quality management solutions for BPOs. Those leveraging the TantaComm Protect are provided with two solutions designed to be flexible within a number of different environments.

The latest release from TantaComm is a result of its collaborative efforts with Tech Lock, a QSA leader within the industry. Both companies worked on the design and architecture of the product, with specific focus on its capability to ensure PCI compliance within organizations.

TantaComm's Protect solution suite offers BPOs twin layers of protection – Protect and Protect SE. Although both layers work to provide the same result, the differentiator between the two levels is with respect to use of a secure database server in Protect, while Protect SE employs an encryption server cluster to secure the encryption key.
