CAYLX Software Appoints Insitec as Business Partner in Australia

By Anil Sharma, TMCnet Contributor

CAYLX Software, a provider of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions that integrate business intelligence and content management applications, has appointed a partner to accelerate growth in Australia.

Officials with CAYLX Software said that the company has appointed Insitec as a business partner in Australia.

Insitec is a 100 percent Australian owned and operated company, formed in 2001 to provide services in development, implementation, support and management of IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions.

Today, the company delivers effective infrastructure and application solutions to corporate, not-for-profit and government agency organizations throughout Australia.

As part of the pact, Insitec will promote and support Hyland Software’s market leading OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software for which CAYLX Software holds Australian master distribution.

Company officials said that the Insitec appointment will help to bolster CAYLX Software’s ability to scale for current and future demand in ECM solutions among Australian public and private sector organizations.

“CAYLX Software is committed to building a strong reseller channel and an end user customer base that can harness the entire rich functionality of the Hyland Software product for their own business benefit,” said Jim Bullough, managing director, CAYLX Software, in a statement.

“We were impressed with the scale, reach and proven expertise of Insitec and are pleased to have the organization as our newest reseller organization,” said Bullough.

According to company officials, CAYLX Software will assist Insitec with dedicated account management for pre-sales and post-sales engineering and technical support as well as extensive training and presentation assistance.

“An ECM product today won’t sell directly on ECM functionality alone.  Users and vendors have to ensure that the solution also offers business process efficiencies that will provide a return on investment in less than 18 months and this represents a tremendous opportunity for highly capable service and solution providers,” said Peter Bisset, regional manager, Insitec.

“In recent years, we’ve worked with several different ECM products so we have an excellent understanding of what’s on offer globally in terms of functionality and innovation.    At the outset, we were impressed with both CAYLX and Hyland Software.  While most vendors won’t consider a reseller arrangement, Hyland Software offered us both a robust partnering arrangement and a sensible pricing model. They’re very keen on customer satisfaction, develop solutions that address local market requirements and have a “Magic Quadrant” leadership rating from Gartner (News - Alert),” said Bisset .    He said that as their focus is on business procedures, Hyland Software has superior experience in helping companies achieve process efficiencies, productivity enhancement and exceptional customer  satisfaction.
