Connectyx Technologies and iVox Solutions Sign Joint Venture Agreement

By Madhubanti Rudra, TMCnet Contributor

Connectyx Technologies, a healthcare business process outsourcer, reportedly signed a joint venture agreement with Palm City, Florida-based business process outsourcing company iVox Solutions. Braced for a $3 million revenue target in 2013, the company hopes that the alliance will give it a greater market reach in the Hispanic pockets.

In addition of providing end-to-end business process outsourcing solutions for the healthcare industry, the company also develops products for the consumer healthcare. Under the agreement, Connectyx will tap iVox’s experience and expertise in the area of call center services to promote a slew of personal healthcare and medical emergency products and services. These include the Medical Alert US, the Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) known as Life Control, and the MedFlash, the personal health and wellness solution, through iVox's call centers.

iVox has a team of 300 bilingual telemarketing agents. This bilingual capability will help Connectyx to extend its presence in the Hispanic markets. On the other hand, iVox will be able to expand its business in the healthcare domain.

The two companies will share in all revenues generated as a result of the joint venture, crating win-win opportunity for both the organizations.

“As a result of the collaborative efforts with Call Center Team, LLC, management believes the company is on track to meet the goal of realizing revenue exceeding $3 Million in 2013,” CEO of Connectyx Ronn Schuman, shared in a statement.

“We are excited to be working with Connectyx in diversifying our client base and maximizing our contact center. We have a great deal of experience in the BPO industry and we look forward to expanding our healthcare domain business through Connectyx. We believe that their unique and innovative products and services, the Life Control and the MedFlash products, will be a win - win for both organizations,” CEO of iVox Solutions Rob Newton commented in a statement.

Last month Connectyx reportedly secured its first business process outsourcing contract, which was estimated to bring in approximately $65,000 monthly revenue at 1.5 sales per hour (SPR).
