DealNet's BPO to Offer Consulting, Onsite Staffing for National Home Improvement Installer Group

DealNet’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) wing, OC Communications Group, Inc. (OCCGI) has signed an agreement with a National Home Improvement Installer Group to offer design, consulting, implementation, onsite staffing and operational management for their customer care facility.


Both companies have signed a letter of intent for three years.

Recently, DealNet Capital took over the operations of OCCGI. The company trades under the symbol “DLS” on the Canadian National Stock Exchange and under the symbol “GAIMF” on the Pink Sheets of the Over the Counter Bulletin Board.

DealNet has focused its investments on the thriving North American Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market, as well as the Consumer Financing Market. OCCGI is servicing the needs of the Canadian utility and home improvement industries for more than six years.

 Under this agreement, both parties will be finalizing a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work within the next 60 days.

Bob Cariglia, company president, said in a statement, “We are pleased to announce another significant agreement by the BPO team in Toronto as part of their ongoing efforts to grow and develop this important aspect of the Company's portfolio. This agreement, specifically in the home services space, lends further credence to our strengths in the market with profound depth in complex service and supplier management engagements.”

OCCGI offers the National Installer Group consulting services to support the call center launch, as well as all ongoing staffing and operations management of the new facility.

To heed the service requirements of the National Installer Group's customers, the company looks to leverage the OCCGI platform and the existing call center experience during the implementation period.

OCCGI's "on-demand service suite” is structuring outsourcing and co-sourcing programs to best suit the customer's requirements.
