The Irish fixed-line and mobile telecommunications operator, eircom, selected Comptel Fulfillment to expedite and deploy a series of the company’s new services. eircom chose Comptel Corporation’s (News - Alert) offering in order to simplify service creation, lower the costs involved in deployment, and decrease the time-to-revenue period. Using Comptel, eircom will be able to automate the end-to-end process, managing service order capture and service delivery much easier than the company has been able to in the past.

Last but not least, TrackVia unveiled its annual list of the "10 Most Intriguing Applications of 2012." Five of the most widespread applications created by its citizen developer users in 2012 have also been revealed by the organization. Non-technical business people are offered a drastically rapid method of building their own personal cloud software, using TrackVia’s improvised Web-based platform. The numerous methods by which the non-technical business uses the TrackVia platform to generate personalized business applications without any coding are included in the TrackVia list.
