Alorica's Analytics and Helix CRM Solutions Recognized for Advancing Customer Experience Management

The company’s Analytics and Helix solutions recently received CUSTOMER magazine’s 2012 Product of the Year award, recognizing the solutions for advancing customer experience management technologies.


This is the fourth year Alorica Analytics, a data management and analysis platform that provides visibility into each individual, team, campaign and program performance against set business goals, received this award. It offers insight into historical performance and drives performance improvement initiatives.

Helix is Alorica’s Web-based technology management service platform, which has received this award for the third consecutive year. The solution bridges CRM support from the front-end to back-end and across the entire enterprise, and is comprised of solution components that can be implemented independently or integrated as one or multiple solutions, including service automation solutions, sales force automation solutions, e-business solution, e-procurement solution and data analysis solution.
