No matter what industry your business is in, the importance of the customer experience is the same. Officials at Amicon said the new Web print solution can easily be customized from end-to-end for features and functionalities. Users can also fit in third party tools in the licensed model of the online print solution.

In an effort to provide wireless solutions services for mid-market and mid-level customers, SYNNEX (News - Alert) tied up with CONVERGESolv Secure Networking to offer integrated voice, video, data, networking and security solutions. With partnerships with a variety of vendors in each of the segments, CONVERGESolv allows customers to choose the products that best fit their unique needs. SYNNEX channel partners can now offer Avaya solutions through CONVERGESolv Secure Networking program.

HyperOffice (News - Alert) is a software tool that blends structured collaboration with social collaboration into a single unified interface that is accessible from any location and on any device. This week, it unveiled a new version of its communication, collaboration and mobility suite with new social capabilities. Some of the features include business social networking, collaboration activity streams, social conversations with dynamic collaboration objects, a “follow” collaborative network and internal instant messaging and presence. The new version also allows workers to participate in social conversations on their tablets from the road.

With an objective to help customers win more projects and effectively manage bid tendering, material flow, budgets and schedules, On Center Software partnered with one of the subdivision of W.A. Browne, Icarus Steel, in order to include Icarus Steel components with On Center Software's Quick Bid software. Facilitating Quantity Surveyors to easily, accurately and consistently increase project win rates and profit margins, the Quick Bid improves ramp-up time, eliminates discrepancies, gains material quotes, identifies and analyzes risk factors, improves the bottom line, measures, analyzes and reports.
