Kofax Software and Services Helps Major Agricultural Products Manufacturer Automate Accounts Payable Processes

Kofax, a provider of smart capture and process automation software and solutions, claimed that a major global agricultural products manufacturer will be utilizing its software and services to automate accounts payable processes.

Kofax software will automate the processing of over 300,000 invoices every year for the manufacturer, which was employed for its ability to tightly integrate with renowned ERP systems such as SAP (News - Alert) and IBM Maximo.


Kofax MarkView for AP, Kofax MarkView Advisor, Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules and Kofax e-Transactions are some of the software and services in which the agricultural products manufacturer has invested over a million dollars.

Kofax MarkView for AP is used for information capture and can automate invoice processing and data entry, and includes best practice workflows for discrepancy processing, resolution and accounting details, as well as real-time ERP integration, a self-service supplier portal and an AP process optimization dashboard.

It is useful for reducing cycle times, removing lost or misfiled documents, bringing down document transport and storage costs and improving productivity.

Kofax MarkView Advisor, a real-time financial process performance application, is specifically designed to strategically manage and optimize finance processes through an integrated perspective on AP operations.

It is reportedly the only application that helps finance executives strategically manage their resources for optimal financial process performance.

Kofax Capture delivers scan-to-archive capabilities by scanning documents and forms. Its benefits include retrieval costs reduction, as well as enhanced regulatory and compliance efforts. The program also delivers a flexible and scalable option for customers to define where and how images are captured and indexed, whether in a home office, remote branch or back-office data center.

Kofax Transformation Modules equips Kofax Capture with document classification, page separation, and data extraction and validation capabilities, while the Kofax e-Transactions is an add-on application for Kofax Transformation Modules, automating the electronic delivery of documents.
